BuddyPro Group

Build. Grow. Own.

We do this together. At the heart of our group is BuddyPro - a platform created to give service professionals and entrepreneurs smarter tools, stronger workflows and new growth opportunities. But BuddyPro is more than technology. We believe that those who create the value in the platform should also have the opportunity to share in it. That is why we invite customers, partners and professionals not just to grow their businesses with BuddyPro, but to grow together with us as shareholders. By uniting users and owners we build long-term value, support local entrepreneurship and shape the future service economy from the ground up.

A word from our CEO

When I look back on BuddyPro's journey, I feel enormous pride. What we have built in a relatively short time was never just an idea or a piece of technology. BuddyPro was born out of a very real need to fix a system that simply did not work.

When we started our journey in 2017, I brought with me more than ten years of experience from international retail, including close collaboration with the founders behind Media Markt – a company active in more than 17 markets.

That experience gave me an early conviction: the commerce and services of the future will increasingly move into people's homes.

Today we find ourselves in the middle of a historic transformation. The service economy is evolving fast, and in our work we have identified more than 30 major trends reshaping how services are delivered, managed and consumed. Four of these stand out as particularly strong drivers behind BuddyPro's mission:

  • The ageing population: Across Europe, the share of older people is rising sharply, driving up demand for everyday services and assistance in the home. In Sweden alone, the population over 75 is expected to grow by almost 30% by 2040. Hundreds of thousands of people already depend on home services today, and this demand will only keep growing.
  • Growing complexity in products and services Technological development is accelerating. From smart home systems to advanced home electronics, everyday products are becoming increasingly complex. Most consumers lack the time or expertise to install and maintain these solutions. The need for skilled professionals is increasing, even for tasks once considered simple.
  • Changing habits among younger generations: Younger generations are redrawing consumption patterns. Many lack both the interest and the practical skills required for traditional household tasks. Studies show that a significant share of Generation Z cannot identify basic tools or carry out simple installations. This is driving demand for professional help.
  • The rise of the gig economy The way we work is fundamentally changing. More people are choosing independent work, flexible assignments or multiple income streams over traditional employment. But even though the gig economy is growing fast, many professionals still lack the tools needed to efficiently manage scheduling, payments and customer relationships.

“BuddyPro is more than just a platform, it is a mission-driven initiative. Inspired by my parents' struggle, despite their talent and determination, we are building BuddyPro to empower local entrepreneurs, create jobs and give more people the chance to take control of their own future.”

Tahero Nori
CEO & Founder

Having built and run service businesses such as TechBuddy, TaskRunner and BuddyCompany, we understand the industry from the inside. We know what it takes to scale a business, what slows growth down, and where today's solutions fall short.

Time and again we saw skilled technicians and tradespeople spend more time on administration than on the work they are actually experts at. The challenge was never a lack of demand – it was inefficient systems holding them back.

But BuddyPro is about something bigger than efficiency alone. For me, this is a mission. Everything we build is designed to strengthen local entrepreneurship. We believe strong local businesses create thriving communities and deliver better experiences for customers.

For me, this is deeply personal. I grew up with parents who arrived here with valuable skills and an exceptional work ethic, but whom the system was not built to help.

They struggled to turn their knowledge into sustainable enterprise. That experience is the very foundation of BuddyPro.
Our goal is to change that. We are building a platform that does more than simplify the working day – it makes it possible for more people to build something of their own and shape their future on their own terms.

We see enormous potential ahead and are determined to lead the transformation of the service economy. And even though we have come a long way, this is only the beginning of the journey.

The tool that makes small service businesses big

The right position. The right market. The right time.

Large companies digitalised 15 years ago. Among service businesses, paper and Excel are still the standard. Europe's market for home and trade services is expected to grow from around EUR 20 billion to more than EUR 100 billion by 2029 — a fivefold increase in five years.

Digital maturity among large companies

91 % — essentially all of them.

Digital maturity among small companies

58 % — barely reaching a basic level.

Share of construction and installation companies with a CRM

13.1 % — the lowest of any industry.

Digital SMEs — higher revenue

5× more likely.

Digital SMEs — lower costs

12× more likely.

Our synergy-driven business model - “The Flywheel”

A flywheel diagram in three rings. Innermost: access to our world-class platform, more conversions and higher customer satisfaction. Middle: more customers, more service providers, heavier operations and greater need for ”BuddyPro”. Outermost: more orders, increased upselling, greater choice, local network effects and economies of scale.

Our “sweet spot”

We focus on service businesses with 5–50 employees — that gives us the shortest and most efficient sales cycles. Large enough to pay, small enough to need us.

Market growth

We are correctly positioned in high-growth markets. In Sweden alone, the ROT market is growing by 15 % a year and RUT by 9 % a year — and the rest of Europe is following the same trend.

Nordic and EU expansion

A clear, step-by-step expansion plan: the Nordics first, then Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Spain. The same proven model — adapted locally.

How BuddyPro Group makes money — in four different ways

Every part of the group has its own business model. Together they create diversified, recurring revenue.

SaaS · Licences: BuddyPro

An AI-driven operating system for service businesses. Companies pay a monthly or annual fee for the platform — CRM, scheduling, invoicing, RUT and more. The more features they use, the higher the subscription.

Marketplace · Transactions: Fixat

A booking platform that gives companies a ready-made channel straight to the end customer instead of purchased leads. We charge a fee per completed booking, and revenue grows with the number of bookings.

Subsidiary · R&D: TaskRunner

The platform for solo entrepreneurs and freelancers who are too small for BuddyPro but still need digital tools. Freemium with a paid upgrade, already live with active users, and the group's R&D engine.

Invest · Acquisitions: BuddyPro Invest

Acquires stakes in promising service businesses — minority or majority depending on the case. The investments are made with the company's own liquid shares, which strengthens the ecosystem without external debt.

Step by step over 36+ months

A methodical growth journey in which each phase builds a stable foundation for the next.

Phase 1 · 0–6 months: Prove & focus

Divest non-core holdings for full focus on BuddyPro. Deepen the platform, optimise FSM and RUT handling, and prove the value through strong, measurable customer cases.

Phase 2 · 6–12 months: Launch & partnerships

Launch Fixat as a white label solution and secure strategic partnerships in ROT and inventory for faster market expansion.

Phase 3 · 12–24 months: Acquire & integrate

Drive inorganic growth through 1–2 strategic add-on acquisitions integrated into the BuddyPro platform.

Phase 4 · 24–36 months: International expansion

The primary focus is a broader Nordic launch, followed by establishing in Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain.

Phase 5 · 36+ months: Market leader

Establishment as the leading standard. The platform develops into a complete ecosystem with integrated payments, AI services such as voice-to-action, and advanced data analytics.

Everything you are wondering — short and straight

What does BuddyPro Group actually do?

We build AI-driven digital tools for service businesses — tradespeople, cleaning companies, installers and the like. Our goal is to be the operating system that makes their whole working day simpler: from booking and scheduling to invoicing and customer management.

What does an “AI-driven” platform mean?

It means advanced technology works in the background — not that you have to talk to a robot. The AI handles scheduling, answers customers, creates invoices and gives you insights. You notice it because things simply work, not through a chat window.

How big is the market?

Europe's on-demand home services market is estimated to grow to more than EUR 100 billion by 2029 — growth of 51 % a year. At the same time, 87 % of construction companies lack basic digital tools.

Where is the company listed?

BuddyPro Group AB is listed on the Nordic market. You can find the share by searching for “BuddyPro Group” in your broker's app or web platform.

Is there risk?

Yes, as with all shares there is risk. The company is in a growth phase with a buy-and-build strategy, which brings both opportunity and uncertainty. We recommend that you only invest money you are prepared to hold for the long term, and that you make your own assessment.
